Laminated Mirror Aluminum Reflective Film

When I was cleaning my sample shelf, I saw some laminated mirror aluminum sheet sample can’t be used anymore. Laminated mirror aluminum sheet is different from polished mirror and Anodized mirror aluminum sheet. It is a kind of sheet by sticking a layer of high reflective vacuum zincification compound material to the base aluminum sheet. Why I mean the sample cannot be used? The reason is that the stick layer can be separated from the base metal easily. Another meaning is the long time of the sample caused the separation.

Then a question comes, how many years a laminated mirror aluminum sheet can be valid? At normal use environment, indoor approx 7 years, outdoor 2-3 years. In order to keep a longer useful life, we need to take below three points in minds.

1. We stick every coil or sheet with protect pvc film before the goods get customer in order to keep a beautiful surface.

2. We choose high quality compound material to stick the reflective surface and base material.

3. 86%reflectance for the mirror surface helps customer to get a better light effect.
