Aluminum Sheet Storage & Packaging

At Dingang, we take great care for storage as well as packaging so that you can get your product protected from all expected hazards. All aluminum sheets are protected with 80-micron light density polythene film that adhered to the surface of the coated panel using high-quality water based glue. Packaging and Palleting

The panel sheets are fully protected on all sides with wooden framework and steel trappings to protect them from any damage while there transit from company’s factory to the customer’s final destination.

Forklifts are used to move the pallets around.

Plywood is put on the bottom as a base plate for the attack and the height of these stacks are not more than 6 meters.

All the panel sheets are properly labelled with the relevant description like size, color, quality and project name etc for easy identification at the customer’s final destination.

All the pallets are placed in horizontal racks and extra care is taken when storing the pallets to prevent them from being exposed to the sun, rain, moisture and other elements.

If there are certain laws and regulations in certain destination then it is necessary that the customer must acquaint the company about them at the time of confirming their order so that the necessary arrangements can be made by the company in advance to avoid any delays due to non compliance.

Corten steel- A Kind of Elegant

Difference

Corten steel is a kind of low alloy steel between ordinary steel and stainless steel series. by carbon steel adding small amounts of copper, nickel and other corrosion resistant elements, it has the high quality steel toughness, plastic drawing, forming, welding, abrasion, high temperature, fatigue resistance, and etc. The weather ability is 2~8 times of carbon steel, and the coating is 1.5~10 times of carbon steel. I don't think most of the clients should understand the properties of the corten steel. Actually, it's not the red rust color when client get the plates on hands. The rust steel initially is roughly the same color as ordinary steel. Just because the rusty steel plate under the action of climate to form a protective film and not rust deeper into the metal, so it shows a retro rust effect.

Then we will tell the work engineer the wanted sizes and patterns, the engineer will carve the corten steel according to the provided size. After the 2-5 days rust process in approx 20 ℃, we will carve up the corten steel with design patterns by lazing technology.

Aluminum Temper Is Important For Before Placing Order

As a professional color coated aluminum plate supplier, we always meet such customers who do not clearly know what temper they need to use for their products. So we need to help them to choose right tempers. Firstly we need to confirm with customer the product they will make by our aluminum coil. Different product should be used right aluminum temper. Now I would like to introduce the common used tempers for color coated aluminum plate?

In the aluminum plate model, the two or three Arabic numbers after H indicate the subdivision state of H. H indicates the work hardening temper. Some work hardening indicated by T instead of H means heat treatment temper. H1 refers to pure work hardening temper which applies to the temper with additional heat treatment but only after the completion of hardening to obtain the required strength. H2- is on behalf of the material temper. Not annealed temper, also as heat treatment temper.

For color coated aluminum plate, the most commonly alloy we use is A3003, and the related tempers are H14, H16, H18, H24, H26 and etc. HO means the lowest strength processed product by totally annealed. From 2 to 4, 6, and till to 8 is arranged from soft to hard. And the super hard temper is 9.

For example, H24, H2 is not annealed temper, 4 is refer to material’s physical hardness control technology. All in all, H24 is belonged to un-annealed and half hardness temper.

Laminated Mirror Aluminum Reflective Film

When I was cleaning my sample shelf, I saw some laminated mirror aluminum sheet sample can’t be used anymore. Laminated mirror aluminum sheet is different from polished mirror and Anodized mirror aluminum sheet. Supply-side reforms have helped strengthen the industry further this year

Aluminum Corp of China, the country's largest nonferrous metals company, announced its best half-year performance in nine years, riding a surge in commodity prices.

Also known as Chinalco, the company said in its interim report for 2017, which was released late on Thursday, that first-half revenue reached 91.31 billion yuan ($13.68 billion), up 83 percent year-on-year, which yielded a profit of 751 million yuan, up 1,006 percent year-on-year.

A surge in sales volume as well as prices, particularly of its main products, boosted the first-half revenue and profit, Chinalco said.

Aluminum prices have been on a rebound since last year, and continued to be strong in the first half of this year.

For instance, the average aluminum price on the Shanghai Futures Exchange was 16670 yuan per metric ton in the first half, up almost 45 percent year-on-year.

"Since April last year, the aluminum sector has been making profits," said Li Lin, an analyst at Sublime China Information Group in Zibo, Shandong province, adding that the average profit reached last year's highest level of 2,000 yuan per ton in October.

In April, regulators such as the National Development and Reform Commission, the country's top economic planner, announced that illegal projects, which increased overall industry capacity since May 2013, would be asked to close down.

Within six months, the electrolytic aluminum sector saw such projects eliminated, which kicked off the capacity cutbacks.

Shandong, the largest aluminum producing province in China, said on July 24 it would close projects that used to produce 3.21 million tons of the metal, following similar measures by several other provinces.

In 2014, Chinalco reported a deficit of 16.2 billion yuan, losing the most among the listed companies in A-share market.

However, in 2015, the company began to make profits. It made 206 million yuan in 2015. In the fourth quarter of last year alone, Chinalco realized an operating profit for the first time in five years.

The latest interim report confirms that Chinalco has made a profit in three consecutive quarters.
