Aluminum-Magnesium Alloy 4XXX Material

The major characteristics of the 4xxx series are:

*Non-heat-treatable sand,permanent mold,and die castings

Alloy B413.0 is notable for its very good castability and excellent weldability,which are due to its eutectic composition and low melting point of 700℃（1292℉）.It combines moderate strength with high elongation before rupture and good corrosion resistance.The alloy is particularly suitable for intricate,thin-walled,leak-proof,fatigue-resistant castings.

Most preferred 5 series aluminum sheet- For Automotive Industry

The largest proportion of 5 series aluminum sheet component is Mg except Al, which is 3% to 6%. So it is also named as Al-Mg alloy aluminum sheet. The difference of Mg content decides the properties distinction of different 5 series grade aluminum sheet. However, due to economic conditions and many other factors, their importers and end users tend to use low quality products to achieve the lowest cost. Once the implementation of anti-dumping, due to the high import tariffs, their import costs will increase dramatically, even worse, business man must buy domestic high-price steel. The cost increases, the profit margins will be relatively reduced. If profit less, business will be hard to continue.

Steel products, especially galvanized steel plate, galvalume steel plate, pre-painted steel plate affect much of the construction industry. Buildings, construction, transportation, Home appliances, Agriculture and other applications use steel material. A reasonable price can meet reasonable quality.
