1.    Raw Material.

The paint and bare aluminum coil are the most influential factors in the coating process. 3.    Technology

The coating technology is closely related to the quality of the coating. To set a certain degree of viscosity according to the different system and coating product paint thickness to ensure smooth coating and promote the improvement of product quality. Paint curing process and oven control must be controlled as required which shall not be arbitrarily changed. 4.    Environment
