Brushed Aluminum Plate:

Oxidizing Aluminum Plate:

Under particular conditions and extra electric current effect,then put aluminum plate into corresponding electrolyte(for example sulfuric acid, chromic acid, oxalic acid and etc) as anode,it’s called anodised aluminum.The thickness of thin layer of alumina can reach 5~20 microns,also if required hardness oxide layer,the thickness can be reached 60~200 microns.That most widely used in anodizing mirror aluminum.

Mirror Aluminum Plate:

Processed by rolling,polishing and anodized method to make aluminum surface appear like a mirror.

Checkered Aluminum Plate:

On the basis of ordinary aluminum plate,processed by rolling and pressing to produce various checkered plates,that can be widely used in packing,construction and curtain wall.Such as diamond,lentils,3 or 5 bars,stucco and etc.

Specific cleaning steps as following:

1.Rinse with plenty of water for aluminum plate cover

2.Lightly wiping with soft cloth which has been soaking with detergent

3.Rinse with plenty of water for aluminum plate cover again to wash waste

4.Inspect the surface,stress clean dirty place

5.Rinse the aluminum cover to wash away the detergent

Note: Don’tclean the hot aluminum (the temperature not exceeded 40 degrees celsius) due to it is harmful to the paint layer ifmoisture volatilizes quickly

By the way,must use neutral detergent to instead of strongly alkaline detergent such as potassium hydroxide and highly acidic.
